Agreement to these Terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to Astral’s website, account features, and ordering services. By using the site, creating an account, or submitting an order, you agree to these Terms. If you act for an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to bind it.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the site or place an order.
Eligibility and authorized research
You must be at least 21 years old and legally permitted to purchase, receive, possess, and handle each product at the delivery location.
You confirm that each purchase is for lawful, authorized laboratory research by trained personnel with suitable facilities, controls, and procedures. You are responsible for determining and following the laws and institutional rules that apply to you.
Astral may request verification or decline access or an order when eligibility or intended use cannot be established.
Research Use Only
Every product is sold for Research Use Only. Products are not for human or veterinary use, consumption, diagnosis, treatment, therapeutic use, food, drugs, cosmetics, household use, or compounding.
Product pages, specifications, certificates, and support materials describe research records only. They are not medical advice, dosing instructions, guidance for human or animal protocols, or a promise that a product is fit for a particular experiment.
Accounts and site use
Provide accurate, current account and ordering information. Keep account credentials secure and contact support if you suspect unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless applicable law provides otherwise.
Do not bypass security controls, interfere with the site, submit malicious material, access another person’s records, or use Astral for an unlawful purpose.
Orders and availability
Before submitting an order, review the exact compound, dosage, quantity, delivery address, delivery method, and displayed charges. You are responsible for the accuracy of that information.
Availability, prices, promotions, and delivery estimates can change. If checkout offers payment, an order is paid only after the hosted checkout confirms payment and Astral records that result. Astral may correct an obvious error or contact you when an item cannot be fulfilled.
If Astral cannot ship within the time stated for the order, Astral will provide notice and the revised estimate, delay-consent, cancellation, or refund options required by applicable law. Astral will not substitute a materially different item without your express agreement.
Hosted payment
Only the methods shown at checkout are available. When Card or PayPal is offered, Astral sends the order to a hosted WooCommerce and PayPal checkout. Payment credentials are entered there, not on the Astral storefront, and the provider’s terms and privacy practices apply.
Astral receives the limited order, payment-status, and provider-reference records needed to match a payment to an order. Do not submit payment credentials anywhere except the hosted page reached from Astral checkout.
Shipping
Astral currently accepts delivery addresses in the United States. Available delivery services, prices, and estimates are shown at checkout. Estimates are not guarantees; carrier events, address problems, weather, and other events outside Astral’s direct control can cause delays.
Provide a complete, deliverable address and monitor the tracking record supplied for the order. Contact support promptly if a package is missing, damaged, or does not match the order record.
Problems, returns, and support
For post-delivery shipping and product-quality claims, Astral’s voluntary remedy is reshipment. Do not return a product unless Astral Support provides written instructions.
A reshipment is available only when Astral verifies one of the following: carrier tracking or written carrier confirmation establishes that the shipment was lost by the carrier; a continuous, unedited unboxing video beginning before the sealed shipping package is opened clearly shows that the customer received the wrong item or a damaged item; or a complete report from an independent laboratory identifies the Astral product and lot tested and reports purity below 95%.
Contact Astral Support promptly with the order number and affected lot number. Support will explain how to provide any video or laboratory report, and Astral may verify the carrier record, video, laboratory, method, product, and lot before approving one replacement of the affected product and dosage. This policy does not limit rights or remedies that applicable law does not allow Astral to exclude.
Records and responsibility
A Certificate of Analysis describes the identified lot and the reported test conditions. It does not guarantee a result in your research system. You are responsible for evaluating suitability, storage, handling, controls, and disposal for your work.
To the extent permitted by law, the site and products are provided without warranties beyond an express statement Astral makes in these Terms or an order record. Astral is not responsible for unauthorized, improper, or human or veterinary use.
Governing law and venue
Changes to these Terms
Astral may update these Terms as the service changes. The effective date at the top identifies the current version. If you do not agree with an updated version, stop using the site.
